Windows 的 e² studio 2021-10根本没办法下载

如果网速正常的话，早上8到10点下载会比较快，下午不建议，基本上是卡得到0网速，掉了又得重新下载，晚上一般也比较快，有时也会比较慢。

不行的 昨到现在只下载到了百分之0.5 麻烦官方处理一下吧
