RZN1D PTP

I am facing issue in RZN1D while running ptp i am getting the following errors, i am getting tx time out related and also noticed in get system clock functionality in eth driver is getting 0 and also rz timetamp as 0, and also when i see the output in phc it is not running it is always stays at 0 i have attached the screenshot please let me know about this issue, can ping me also at yashas.dg@utthunga.com from India
